Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The Weekend Companies LLC ("we", "us") handles information on theweekendcompanies.com and in messages you send to our company email addresses. It does not cover our individual products. Each of them has its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product:

What we collect

This website has no accounts, sign-up forms or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies on it.

When you email us (for example hello@ or partnerships@): your name, email address, the contents of your message and anything you choose to include, such as your company, website or phone number.
When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you across other websites.

How we use it

To reply to you and handle your request, including evaluating partnership and press inquiries.
To keep records of business correspondence.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, and to protect it against abuse.
To meet legal obligations and enforce our rights.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the site and our email, such as Cloudflare, under their own privacy and security commitments.
With one of our companies, when your message is about that company.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us or others.
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them for the conversation, any resulting business relationship and our records, and then delete them. Hosting and security logs are kept by Cloudflare according to its own retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@theweekendcompanies.com. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, and we will honor them as required. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email us sensitive information such as financial account numbers.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
